Is there an accessible room?

No, there is no accessible room in the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Is the hotel non-smoking?

Yes, smoking is prohibited in all buildings. There is an outdoor smoking space (there is no roof in the space).

What is included in the room rate?

Room charge + breakfast + dinner + lunch + lounge charge + service charge / consumption tax / accommodation tax are included. Light meals and drinks (alcohol included) are available in the lounge.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.

Can I make a same-day reservation?

Yes, you can make a same-day reservation if there is vacancy.

Can I cancel once I make a reservation?

Yes, cancellation is accepted. A cancellation fee will be charged from one week in advance. 50% from 7 days prior and 100% from the previous day.

Is there a waiting list?

Currently we do not have a waiting list.

If I stay for two nights or more, is the dinner menu the same everyday?

We will change the dinner menu for those who stay for two nights and more.

What is inside the room fridge?

There are alcoholic beverages such as beer, Japanese sake, and sparkling wine, and non-alcoholic beverages such as fruit juice and carbonated water.

Is there Japanese-style guest room?

There is a "Japanese suite" with a Japanese-style guest room.

Can I check-in late at night?

Yes, you can check-in late at night . Please contact us if your arrival is later than 23:00, as the front door will be locked at 23:00.

Can I use a credit card to pay?

Yes, you can use a credit car. We take VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS.

Is it possible request to stay in the specified floor?

It is possible if there is a vacancy on that specific floor. Please contact us by phone or email if you have a request.

Can you add an extra bed in the guest room?

Yes, extra bed can be prepared in Marufukuro Suite and Residential Suite.

Is there a humidified in the guest room?

Yes, there is.

Do you have internet?

Yes, we have wireless internet.

Do you have any recommendations for the view from the guest rooms?

We recommend the view of Higashiyama which can be seen from the guest rooms on the 3rd floor.

How many children can sleep for free in a room and what are the applicable ages?  

Up to 2 children who are 6 years old and under can sleep for free in a guest room.

Is there a dress code inside the hotel?

Yes, there is a dress code - please refrain from wearing the nightwear and room slippers in the lobby and restaurant.

Is there a baby cot or bed guard?

Yes, we are prepare a baby cot or bed guard free of charge. As the number is limited, please contact ue in advance if you would like to make a request.

Can I go inside the hotel even if I do not stay?

No, the hotel is only open to accommodation guests.

Is Crane Members Card discounts applicable?

Not at this moment. It will be applied in the future.

Can you cater for specific allergies?

Yes, please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any allergies or any other dietary request. We can adjust our ingredients accordingly to ensure every last bite is to your satisfaction.  

Can I request for a specific seat at the restaurant?

It is possible if there is a vacancy. Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to make a request.

Can I eat at the restaurant even if I am not staying at the hotel?


Is it possible to hold events such as engagement gatherings? (Okaoawase and Yuino)

The restaurant is not open for events or formal gatherings.

Do you have meals for children?

Yes, we can prepare child's meal according to the age. You can also let us know if you have any request. Child's meal is free for children under 6 years old.

Is there an elevator in the hotel?

Of the four buildings, only one labeled as the "new building" on the official website has an elevator. There are no elevators in the other three labeled as "existing buildings." Please be aware that access to each floor in the existing building will be by stairs.

Is the hotel of universal design? 

No, the hotel is not universally designed. We apologize for the inconvenience.​ ​



Is there a public bath?

There is no public bath.

Is there a gym, a spa or a relaxation room?

There is no gym, spa or relaxation room.

Do you have a gift shop inside the hotel?

There is no gift shop inside the hotel. We are planning to sell key chains and pastries at the reception.

Do you offer gift wrapping service?

We do not have gift wrapping service.

Can you prepare cakes and flowers?

Yes, we can prepare cakes and flowers. Please let us know by phone or email 3 days prior to your check-in date.

Do you offer shuttle bus service?

There is no shuttle bus service. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Can you arrange for a babysitter? 

We do not have babysitter arrangement service.
