Is the hotel non-smoking?
Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel.
What is included in the room rate?
All-inclusive plan includes room charge + breakfast + dinner + next day's lunch + lounge usage fee + service charge and consumption tax. The lounge offers light snacks and drinks, including alcohol. We also have several other plans available, so please check them out.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Please check as it varies depending on the plan.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Yes, we can keep your luggage except valuables at the reception desk. In addition, we are a member of Crosta Carry Service, so we can move your luggage to Kyoto Station. Please ask at the reception desk for details.
Can I make a same-day reservation?
We will inform you depending on the availability on the day.
Can I cancel once I make a reservation?
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 8 days before your stay. Please note that a cancellation fee of 50% from 7 days before and 100% from the day before will be charged.
If I stay for two nights or more, is the dinner menu the same everyday?
We will change the dinner menu for those who stay for two nights and more.
What is inside the room fridge?
In addition to alcoholic beverages such as beer, fruit juice, Sports Drink, We offer tea and other soft drinks.
Is there Japanese-style guest room?
There is a Japanese-Western style guest room called Japanese Suite.
Can I check-in late at night?
It is possible to check in late at night. The main entrance will be locked after 11pm, so please contact the reception desk if you will be arriving late. MARUFUKURO Reception Desk 075-353-3355
Can I use a credit card to pay?
Yes, you can use a credit car. We take VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS.
Can you add an extra bed in the guest room?
Yes, only MARUFUKURO Suite, Residential Suite, and Japanese Suite can be prepared.
Is there a humidified in the guest room?
Humidifiers are provided in all rooms.
Do you have internet?
Yes, we have wireless internet.
Do you have any recommendations for the view from the guest rooms?
We recommend the view of Higashiyama which can be seen from the guest rooms on the 3rd floor.
Do you have robes or gowns in the hall?
Slippers and nightwear are provided for you to relax in your room. Please refrain from using the lobby and restaurant.
What amenities do the rooms have?
We provide oltana bath amenities, Athletia skin care amenities, NEHAN TOKYO epsalt bath salts, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, humidifier, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, minibar, safe, bathrobe, nightwear, and slippers.
Do you have an adjoining room?
If you close the door in front of the adjacent guest room, we have prepared an "adjoining room" that allows you to go back and forth between rooms without going out into the corridor. If you make a reservation for both standard twin rooms, you can use them as adjoining rooms.
How many children can sleep for free in a room and what are the applicable ages?
Up to 2 people can share a bed in one room.

Only when there are 3 or more adults, up to the same number as adults is possible.
Age is for pre-school children under the age of 6.
Is there an age limit for guests?
Guests staying at the hotel can use it from 0 years old. Children over elementary school age will be charged an adult fee.
Are there any amenities for children?
Children's nightwear (size 120 cm only), toothbrush and slippers are available. We also have diaper trash cans, baby steps, baby bottle disinfection sets, etc. as rental equipment. Please feel free to tell us when you make a reservation.
Is there a baby cot or bed guard?
We will prepare it free of charge. However, the number is limited, so please contact us in advance. (Target age: Crib under 1 year old, baby guard 1 year 6 months to 5 years old)
Can I go inside the hotel even if I do not stay?
This facility is for hotel guests only.
Do the benefits of the Crane Members Card apply?
Please check from the Crane Members members-only site.
Can you accommodate if I have an allergy?
Yes, if you have any ingredients related to health such as allergies, please feel free to let us know. We will change the ingredients and dishes so that you can enjoy it to the last plate. In that case, please let us know in advance.
Can I request for a specific seat at the restaurant?
We accept requests, so please contact us when making a reservation.
Can I eat at the restaurant even if I am not staying at the hotel?
Dinner is available on limited dates each month. We will inform you on the official website and Instagram, so please make a reservation by 17:00 the day before through the inquiry form on the official website or DM on the official Instagram.
Do you have meals for children?
Yes, we can prepare child's meal according to the age. You can also let us know if you have any request. Child's meal is free for children under 6 years old.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
There is an elevator in the facility labeled "New Building". Please note that the facility labeled "Existing Building" does not have an elevator and will be accessed by stairs.
Is the hotel of universal design?
The facility is not barrier-free. If you need help from our staff, please feel free to contact us.
Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking lot. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please use a nearby coin parking lot. You can check the parking list here.
Can I buy hotel goods?
MARUFUKURO original key chains and postcards are on sale at the reception.
Available only for hotel guests.
Can you prepare cakes and flowers?
Yes, we can prepare cakes and flowers. Please let us know by phone or email 3 days prior to your check-in date.
Is there an accommodation voucher that can be used at MARUFUKURO?
We have it ready. Accommodation tickets are sold at the reception desk. You can also purchase by phone or email, so please contact the reception desk.
