Born in 1972. After graduating from university, he traveled to Italy alone to study cooking. After returning to Japan, she started a cooking school in Tokyo. In 2009, she moved to Kumamoto and has been hosting cooking classes and craft exhibitions at "taishoji." Her books include "Food Record Book" and "Vegetables" (Little More), "Pasta Book" and "Standard" (Anonymous Studio).
In overseeing the food at MARUFUKURO, she teaches how to listen carefully to the ingredients and "not to give the impression that the chef has done something artificial." In addition to the food, she also oversees the interior design and tableware at "Carta.", and aims to provide "hospitality like inviting a dear friend to your home."
