Ai Hosokawa
Born in 1972. After graduating from university, he went to Italy alone to learn about cooking. After returning to Japan, he presided over a cooking class in Tokyo. He moved to Kumamoto in 2009 and hosts cooking classes and craft exhibitions at "taishoji". His books include "Shokukicho", "Vegetables" (Little More), "Pasta Books" and "Standard" (Anonima Studios).
MARUFUKURO 's cooking supervision, he treats the ingredients as if he were listening to them, and teaches him not to feel the chef's actions. He supervises not only cooking but also the interior and tableware of "carta.", And keeps in mind "hospitality that invites an important friend to his home."
